Nothing to improve here- it is comfortable, easy to find, staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Trade-offs to different departments (Scheduling, billing, preop) are smooth and convenient. I didn’t even consider another facility for this procedure

All the staff and the physician were professional and kind. The day of my surgery I was nervous about my procedure and the surgical nurses Natascha & Marje were caring and fun too! Best tattoo removal in the valley. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Lovich does the laser tattoo removal himself with the best machine on the market. The pricing is excellent, you get a deal if you buy two sessions, and he even knocked a bit off the price for me after that. Dr. Lovich is professional and also helps during the laser treatment by chatting to take your mind off of the procedure. I have had amazing results! I had a large tattoo that has only had three treatments, and will maybe only need one more. I went to a consult with an aesthetician at a dermatology office and was quoted double the price of Dr. Lovich, and the laser treatment is not even performed by a doctor. I asked them why their pricing was not competitive and was treated rudely. In fact, they wanted to charge me $500 for one session of tattoo removal that Dr. Lovich quoted me $100 for because it had already had treatments. Definitely highly recommend Dr. Lovich for tattoo removal, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Lovich removed a lump from my forehead. I was worried that I would look like Frankenstein, but he assured me I’d be fine. The surgery didn’t hurt at all and I had almost no pain after the drugs wore off. The stitches were ugly for like two days, but a week after the surgery, I had no visible evidence that I’d had any work done. I can’t believe there is no scar at all! The whole experience was way better than I could have imagined. His staff was very friendly and highly professional. I heartily recommend these people.
